I wouldn't buy one of these at MSRP based on the amount of competition and lack of hall effect thumb sticks. The d-pad feels GREAT. It is clicky, the opposite of the 360 d-pad. The shoulder bumpers are also clicky. Absolutely no mush on any buttons. The reason why I go this controller was... STIFF TRIGGER RESISTANCE. I lift weights so my fingers are strong and PlayStation, 8bitDo, etc. controller triggers' are too easy to press making it hard to play racing games or just feather the triggers. The 360 also had nice, stiffer triggers but, as you know, the 360 d-pad is garbage.
Obviously Xbox and Windows compatibility is first class.
